The Oregon State Penitentiary - Minimum (OSP-M) is a minimum custody correctional institution attached to Oregon State Penitentiary located in Salem, Oregon. OSP-M currently houses about 200 male inmates.

Originally, OSP-M was Oregon's only prison which housed female inmates. It was formerly named the Oregon Women's Correctional Center. With the growth of the female inmate population, Coffee Creek Correctional Center was built to house female offenders and function as the intake center for both male and inmate offenders into the states penal system. OSP-M was then remodeled and converted into the current male minimum custody institution designed to support the Oregon State Penitentiary which houses primarily medium and maximum custody inmates.

Local 2623 is comprised of approximately 30 Correctional Officers, Corporals and Sergeants.
